About Sibylline
Sibylline blends industry founders and a battle-tested platform in service of one mission: to build the financial frontier.
Where this came from
Origins
Sibylline was formed in 2023 by product executives and engineers out of finance, technology and cybersecurity. We had been running AI agents at scale since 2021, and the gap was already obvious: the financial system was never built for software that acts on its own behalf.
So we built the missing parts ourselves rather than waiting for someone else to. Sumvin is the primitive layer — identity, authorization and settlement. Atlas is the platform those agents run on. The studio takes both into production alongside our partners’ own teams.
The name comes from the Sibylline oracles, who dealt in foresight. We take the less mystical route: build the thing rather than predict it.
Mission
One mission: build the financial frontier. That means shipping the rails agent-initiated money actually needs, and proving them on real volume rather than in a demo.
Sumvin is the flagship venture born out of this studio, and Sibylline is the services arm around it. Forward-deployed engineers embed with your team and build on the same primitives and platform we run ourselves — from the first commit through to the first real users.
We stay after launch. It is the reason partners like Visa, Meld and Sumsub are in the stack: the work has to hold up in production, not in a pitch.
